Today’s lifestyle creates habits that unwittingly affect our bodies. This is for women, especially wives who want to quickly have offspring to avoid the following habits:
- Maintain weight
Delicious and appetizing culinary temptations without regular exercise and dietary arrangements will cause weight loss to be not ideal. Ideal or not can be measured by BMI (Body Mass Index). Example of a count like this: body weight 80 kg, height 1.75 meters, BMI = 80 / 1.75 x 1.75 = 2.61
BMI Category: – Under 18.5 = Less weight, – 18.5-22.9 = Normal body weight, – 23-29.9 = Excess weight, – 30 and above = Obesity
If the BMI is normal, it will be easier to get pregnant, otherwise BMI is less or tends to be thin, it will be difficult to get pregnant.
- Consuming coffee or alcohol excessive
If you consume 5 (five) cups of coffee per day or food, drinks containing caffeine above 500 mg per day will affect fertility hormones and it will be increasingly difficult to have offspring. So drink coffee only 1-2 cups per day or 250 mg of caffeine. 60% alcoholic women find it increasingly difficult to get pregnant.
Cigarette smoke, both passive smoking and active smoking, is very influential on fertility hormones. So for women who want to get pregnant quickly avoid cigarette smoke & tell your husband not to smoke near you.
- Miscalculating the fertile period
The woman’s menstrual cycle is around 28 days and there is only 1 day of fertility. One day of this fertile period is when the egg is released and if 12-24 hours are not fertilized it will collapse itself. So make love with your husband around 3-6 days before the fertile period because sperm can last 3-6 days inside. To check the fertile period can use the Ovutest or calendar calculation.
- Make love not to stress
Making love with your husband must be happy, there is no problem, not feeling depressed, it will affect the quality of the egg in women.
- Hazardous chemicals
Today there are many dangerous chemicals around us that can affect the fertility and the menstrual cycle. Chemicals such as pesticides, food preservative dyes, cleansers, hair paint can greatly affect fertility hormones.
- Sleep and working hours
Those of you who sleep less than 6 hours or work on a shift / rotation system can affect the body’s rhythms / hours that can affect fertility hormones. Try to work not with a shift / rotation system and 6-8 hours / day of sleep.
